HON. GOKE ODETUNDE FELICITATES WITH MUSLIM FAITHFUL ON THE COMMENCEMENT OF HIJRAH 1446 RAMADAN, URGES PRAYERS FOR A BETTER NIGERIA
The Executive Chairman of Isokan Local Government, Hon. Goke Odetunde, extends warm greetings to all Muslim faithful as the Hijrah 1446 Ramadan begins.
In his message, Hon. Odetunde emphasized the significance of Ramadan as a sacred period of fasting, prayer, and reflection. He urged all Muslims to emulate the teachings and practices of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) by fostering love, unity, and compassion in their communities.
"As we embark on this blessed month of Ramadan, let us renew our faith, show kindness to one another, and seek divine intervention for peace, progress, and prosperity in Nigeria. Our nation needs our prayers now more than ever, and I encourage everyone to pray for good leadership, economic stability, and social harmony," he said.
Hon. Odetunde also reaffirmed his commitment to supporting the people of Isokan Local Government, ensuring that governance remains people-centred and development-driven.
He wished all Muslim faithful a peaceful, rewarding, and spiritually fulfilling Ramadan, urging them to uphold the values of patience, self-discipline, and generosity.
