HON. GOKE ODETUNDE PRESENTS A BUDGET OF 7.1 BILLION NAIRA, TAGGED THE BUDGET OF RESTORATION

Isokan local government
Earlier today, Hon. Goke Odetunde, the Chairman of the Isokan local government, Apomu, Osun State, presented the 2026 budget of 7.1 billion Naira to the legislative arm of the Isokan local government led by Rt. Hon. (Mrs.) Olalekan Mufuliat, the Councillor for Ward 05, doubled as the speaker of the legislative house at Isokan local government secretariat, Apomu.
During his speech, Hon. Goke Odetunde tagged the budget "Budget of Restoration," which is meant to restore the glory where the people of Isokan local government will feel the impact of good governance cum democracy across the eleven (11) wards constituting Isokan local government.
Hon. Goke Odetunde further assured the good people of Isokan local government of his administration's commitment to community development and people-centered administration devoid of discrimination and unfair practices. The budget cuts across all the sectors of the economy, including education, health, security, workers' motivation, and lots more, and are capable of making positive impacts across the nooks and crannies of Isokan local government.
The presentation program was done in the presence of all other councillors and was graced by leaders of the party such as Hon. Wasiu Oyelami, Hon. Kabir Agunbiade, Hon. Ogunfiolu Waheed, Hon. Basiru Osunlakin (Isokan L.G APC Party Chairman), Hon. Waheed Ilelaboye (Isokan LG APC Vice- Chairman) the cabinet members, the NULGE executive, community leaders, different community associations, representatives of the youth from both Apomu and Ikoyi, and a host of others.
