HON. GOKE ODETUNDE JOINS 774 LOCAL GOVERNMENT CHAIRMEN FOR 3-DAY NATIONAL CONFERENCE ORGANISED BY MINISTRY OF SPECIAL DUTIES AND INTER-GOVERNMENTAL AFFAIRS

The Executive Chairman of Isokan Local Government Area of Osun State, Hon. Goke Odetunde, is currently participating in a 3-day National Conference organised by the Federal Ministry of Special Duties and Inter-Governmental Affairs.

The national strategic conference commenced today, Monday, 22nd September, 2026, and is scheduled to end on *Wednesday, 24th September, 2026.

The conference brings together all 774 Local Government Chairmen across the Federal Republic of Nigeria and is tagged "Cascading President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's Renewed Hope Agenda to the Grassroots."

The conference aims to deepen the understanding of the Renewed Hope Agenda at the local government level, promote synergy between the Federal, State and Local Governments, and equip Local Government administrators with modern strategies for grassroots governance, development planning, and effective service delivery.

Hon. Goke Odetunde is in attendance alongside other Executive Chairmen from Osun State, under the leadership and coordination of the Osun State Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON) Chairman, Hon. Idowu Abiodun.

The participation of the Isokan Local Government Chairman underscores his administration's commitment to aligning with Federal Government policies and ensuring that the dividends of the Renewed Hope Agenda reach every ward and community in Isokan Local
