It was another exiting moment as Isokan APC held her monthly meeting yesterday Friday 12th of July, 2024 with a massive turn out from party members which defines the party's general acceptance and recognition by the people as an indication that the party will reclaim the seat of power in the state come 2026 gubernatorial election.
The meeting was full of people from different parties and caucus where members from OMOLUABI caucus and ATUNTO OSUN group joined the All Progressive Congress all the way from their various groups.
Hon. Bashiru Osunlakin , Isokan local government APC party chairman appreciates members from different groups constituting the party and also welcome the new intakes into APC and promised inclusive governance with open door policy without discrimination for present members and those that are just joining the party. All Progressive Congress is a party that is ready to accept progressive minded individuals-Hon. Osunlakin concluded.
While addressing the people, the ex Chairman of Isokan Local Government, Hon. Goke Odetunde congratulated the party for the recent victory at the Supreme Court over the local government autonomy and explicitly analyzed the benefits of the court verdict to our party both at the federal, state, and local governments.
Hon. Goke Odetunde also appreciated the party members for their patience, steadfastness and contributions towards the party in all ramifications and also congratulated the atunto group for taking the right step at the time and urged them not to relent in preaching the gospel out party to the nook and crannies of the community and state at large.
Hon. Goke Odetunde as usual mobilized the party members with cash that was distributed across the six wards in Apomu and promised not to relent in assisting the party activities both in cash and kind.
