STEADFASTNESS IS THE HALLMARK OF TRUE PROGRESSIVES — GOKE ODETUNDE CHARGES APC MEMBERS AMIDST MEMBERS RESIGNATION .

The Executive Chairman of Isokan Local Government Hon. Goke Odetunde, has called on all loyal and committed members of the  Progressive Party (APC) to remain steadfast and focused despite the resignation of some members from the party. 

In a message passed through his Media Aides in the late hours of Sunday 14th June, 2026. Hon. Goke Odetunde stated that the departure of a few individuals should not distract the party from the collective mission of delivering good governance and securing greater victories in both the 2026 and 2027 elections. 

The Isokan Local Government Boss further described the resignations as a personal decision that does not in any way diminish the strength , unity and popularity of the party. 

He urged party faithful across Isokan Local Government and beyond to remain loyal to the ideals and principles of the All Progressive Congress (APC), stressing that true progressives do not abandon the party during challenging times. The progressive party remains strong and united in Isokan Local Government and we must stay committed to our shared vision and continue to work together for the progress of our people-He affirmed. 

Hon. Goke Odetunde further encouraged the party members to close ranks , intensify grassroots mobilisation, and continue supporting the party's leadership ahead of future political engagements. He reaffirmed his unwavering commitment to the party and expressed confidence that the progressive party APC candidate Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji would emerge stronger and more victorious in the coming August 15 gubernatorial election through the loyalty and dedication of our party's genuine members.
